Job Description
A .NET Developer plays a crucial role in building maintaining and enhancing software applications using the .NET framework ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this .NET Developer role is to build maintain and enhance software applications using the .NET framework while ensuring alignment with business requirements industry standards and the companys IT infrastructure roadmap.
This includes supporting existing code developing new solutions implementing best practices and fulfilling database administrative responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main functions:
- Support of existing development code base including patches and enhancements
- Documenting current code base including ensuring proper code management and version control
- Developing new solutions based on Business requirements
- Understand Business processors and align these requirements within a development environment
- Assisting senior developers with any overflow workload
- Implementing development best practices
- Ensuring that code development aligns to the IT infrastructure roadmap including cloud development
- Investigate current development trends and proposing potential new practices to the team.
- Fulfil a Database Administrative role including database support analytics and reporting.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Full Qualification
- 5 years experience
- Experience working with C#
- Experience with ASP
- Experience with SQL and RDBMS database concepts and design
- Exposure to or good understanding of .Net Core
- Exposure to or good understanding of Entity Framework
