Job Profile
- Responsible for collecting resumes through internal as well as external sources.
- Shortlisting candidates as per JD.
- Performing inperson and telephonic interviews with candidates.
- To conduct salary negotiation with candidates in case of selection.
- To maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- To perform joining formalities for new joined employees
Candidate profile
- Good exposure in Recruitment process and able to handle recruitment process independently
- Hands on experience in job portal candidate MIS & social media sites of recruitment purpose
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW will be added advantage
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Good command over English / Local languages
