The successful Estimating Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the preparation of competitive tenders and proposals for projects across multiple sectors.
- Overseeing and improving estimating processes to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Leading and mentoring a team of estimators ensuring accuracy and professional development.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
- Producing accurate estimates for complex and highvalue projects.
- Conducting peer reviews and commercial assessments of tenders.
- Keeping up to date with technical advancements and providing bestpractice advice.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during tendering stages.
The successful Estimating Manager will have:
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within construction modular buildings or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of tender management and estimating processes.
- Exceptional client engagement and relationshipbuilding skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Experience leading teams and fostering professional development.
