Job Description
Currently we are looking forSenior Business Analysis (IAM / PAM / IGA Specialist)to join our Cybersecurity Teamin EY Poland.
Your scope of duties:
- Current state assessments of IAM processes and technologies
- IAM capability maturity and benchmarking assessments
- IAM data analytics
- Preparation of IAM strategy and roadmap including operational model and governance
- Coordination and support for solution transition from a project to daytoday operations
- SOD management and other IAM compliance related activities
- Development of professional documents in the form of reports analysis and methodologies
- IAM project and program management assistance
Our requirements:
- 4 years of practical experience in IT
- Experience in minimum twoof the following:
- rolebased access control including design and development of user access roles;
- analysis of Segregation of Duties
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment in the field of Active Directory (Azure AD and Windows Server 2012
- IGA solution (e.g. SailPoint Suite OneIdentity Saviynt) PAM solution (e.g. CyberARK FUDO Walllix Bastion) or CIAM (e.g. Ping Identity ForgeRock)
- Experience in process definition workflow design and/or and process mapping
- Knowledge of the most common procedures related to identity and access management
- Business fluency in English and Polish is a must
We will also appreciate:
- Certification by the industry or leading PROVIDERS of IT/Security solutions (Microsoft AZ500 CyberARK)
- Knowledge of concepts and solutions around the security of OT or IoT environments
- Knowledge of systems for protection against malicious code or data leakage
- Knowledge of IT security management processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- ITIL CISSP CISM CISA CIPT CIPM CRISC or other relevant certification desired
