50 Clinical 50 Administrative & Teaching Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development.
Residency Program Leadership Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes curriculum development and faculty recruitment.
Teaching & Faculty Development Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule provide bedside teaching and mentor residents.
Resident Recruitment & Evaluation Develop and implement recruitment and interview process assess resident performance and provide feedback.
Program Administration Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching administrative duties and program oversight.
