- Conduct engaging tours of the facility for prospective families.
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Build and maintain relationships with families to foster a positive experience.
- Provide information on curriculum programs and school policies.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote enrollment events.
- Collaborate with the education team to ensure smooth transitions for new students.
- Maintain accurate records and manage enrollment data efficiently.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email and inperson communication.
- Proven experience in sales customer service or enrollment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a teamoriented mindset.
