Job Description
Your mission
- You lead and manage a highperforming team of approx. 5 User Acquisition Managers ensuring they succeed in meeting KPIs through your strategic analytical and growthoriented mindset. You foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous development.
- You take full ownership of user acquisition overseeing budget management executing growth strategies and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration to drive business success.
- You drive and optimize user acquisition strategies empowering your team with datadriven insights to maximize growth and impact.
- You bring deep expertise in User Acquisition combining strategic insight with handson optimization skills.Your team learns from your expertise and handson approach in driving datainformed growth.
- You foster and maintain strong relationships with Key Point Of Contacts from Marketing Networks ensuring high impact collaborations.
- You keep up with industry trends and continuously improve processes.
Your profile
- You own a university degree in marketing analytics business or a similar qualification.
- You have proven experience leading User Acquisition teams in a dynamic environment ideally within a gaming company combined with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- You are experienced in managing paid mobile marketing campaigns and in App Store Optimization (ASO). Having experience in web marketing (Google Search Ads) is a plus.
- You have proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads IronSource and Applovin.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- You bring dedication adaptability and strong communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German is welcome.
