Responsibilities:
Manage major accounts to achieve profitable sales and efficient operations across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
Focus on online accounts in Germany and expand presence within the retail sector.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the DACH region leveraging data and customer insights.
Analyze account performance forecast sales and implement action plans to exceed targets.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product development and expansion.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and operations for optimal results.
Travel regularly to trade shows and customer sites delivering impactful sales presentations.
Ideal Profile:
A proven track record in consumer electronics sales with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of both traditional retail and eCommerce dynamics within the DACH region.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
