Our client is a Singapore financial advisory firm licensed by MAS. They are looking for a suitable candidate with experience in training and training administration.
This is an inperson role with hybrid work arrangements. The work location is in the Kallang Central area Singapore.
Job responsibilities
- Implementation and administration of various training programs for all financial advisers including classroom training and elearning.
- Maintaining and improving management reports on advisers regulated Training & Competency requirements.
- Ensuring all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver briefing to supervisors and advisers on any regulatory changes.
- Conduct induction training for new financial advisers.
- Review and recommend changes to improve programs.
- Assist in Training Grants/Subsidy submission.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience in a related field.
- Excellent presentation interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good initiative meticulous well organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel) skills
- Singapore Citizen/PR
