Our client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design development and implementation of mechanical systems that keep the York PA plant operations running smoothly. This role is crucial in ensuring that the manufacturing processes are efficient reliable and aligned with the teams commitment to excellence.

Design and Develop Mechanical Systems: Create and implement mechanical systems and components to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Manage Projects: Oversee the planning and completion of mechanical engineering projects ensuring they meet quality standards deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with production maintenance and other departments to ensure mechanical solutions align with operational needs and company objectives.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies in all mechanical engineering activities.
Optimize Resources: Manage resources effectively including budgeting staffing and equipment to support engineering projects and operational goals.
