What Youll Do:
As a Cloud Support Engineer youll dive into providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to valued customers ensuring SLA targets. Youll be handson and your role also involves promptly updating service tickets and participating in an oncall roster for afterhours support. Youll also be mentoring the team while being the technical escalation for the wider team and assisting the Cloud platform team
