GENERAL MANAGER

What a Typical Day Could Look Like
As a General Manager youll be the driving force behind the success of our luxury highrise community. You will oversee all aspects of community management including resident relations team leadership financial performance and property maintenance. You are the Resident Expert!
- Tackle resident concerns complaints and issues swiftly ensuring toptier satisfaction and creating a vibrant harmonious living environment!
- Partner with the Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention keeping communication open and building lasting relationships that foster a true sense of community.
- Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs cultivating a tightknit community and a unique sense of belonging!
You are the Financial Specialist!
- Manage budget preparation financial reporting and community income flow ensuring the financial health and stability of the community.
- Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction!
- Maintain precise financial records and uphold toptier integrity with strict accounting standards!
- Analyze financial data spot trends and make smart recommendations to boost performance and efficiency!

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- 56 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
- Associates degree bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems etc..
- CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
- Must have a valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
