Job Description

Locations: Anywhere/Any City in India work Remotely and Travel

Selling Engineering Products or Services to Engineering Industries /OEMs

The job role requires an individual to articulate and implement the organisations strategy forselling transformer management services. He/She develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers. He/She is a team leader who is able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers.

  • Strong influencing problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with customers stakeholders and other companies.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all India teams and top customers of Transformer Oil Private OEM Utilities Govt. Agencies to fortify their trust in our Services provided to build durable relationships.
  • Enhance new and existing business development
  • Implement and execute new Sales strategies successfully
  • Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
  • Maintain an efficient payment cycle to meet the business requirement ensuring Nil outstanding by adhering to the clients payment policy
  • Constantly identify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance (with focus on npower sales across existing clients)
  • Find new avenues to improve the business bottom line by setting targets by bringing new customers on board
  • Ensure 90 adherence to Annual rate contract (ARC) business for last 3 FYs business
  • Sales Managers will work on hiring motivating developing and training sales team
  • Ensure training on functional and behavioural skills for your team members with 100 adherence

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Candidate should be BE with a good academic track record. Having an MBA degree is an added advantage
Experience in the B2B segment would be an advantage
Should have worked in an Industrial serviceproviding company preferably in the field of Transformer or Capital equipment or services sales
Should have sold services to clients in FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma / Oil&Gas /
Automobile etc. sectors. (as we have clients across all sectors.
Should be open to working in coworking space and travelling across India

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external customers of the client.
  • Should be able to establish SOP in the sales function
  • Should have a clear understanding of the customer decisionmaking process and business conversion cycle
  • Should have business acumen with the proper understanding of margins and cost
