Job Description
- Develop and own a highlevel strategy for improving and optimizing the game economy in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
- Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods content and currencies in the game both free and paid and including progression bonuses & rewards for ingame events competitions & challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features
- Investigate different economic models for different segments of users
- Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content
- Plan A/B testing plans and analyze their effectiveness
- Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players LTV growth
- Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior
- Experience as a game economy manager.
- Bachelors Degree in Economics Statistics Mathematics Engineering or a similar quantitative field.
- High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals.
- Proven experience working with Product Design & LiveOps teams.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience working with SQL R Python an advantage.
