At Rehab Resources were seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team at our Beaver Dam outpatient clinic and within Dodge County!
We are thrilled to offer two exciting opportunities for passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists! In the first position youll have the chance to make a lasting impact on infants and toddlers through B3 early intervention within Dodge County and the second amazing opportunity combines working with B3 kiddos in early intervention and providing therapy services at our pediatric outpatient clinic in Beaver Dam offering a diverse and rewarding experience. Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of childrens physical cognitive and emotional capabilities.
- Identifying barriers to independence and daily functioning in children including fine motor sensory processing and selfregulation challenges.
- Developing customized occupational therapy programs that address the specific goals and needs of pediatric patients.
- Assisting children in improving skills related to daily activities such as dressing eating school tasks and play.
- Addressing challenges related to sensory processing motor skills and adaptive behavior.
- Assisting children with physical disabilities or delays in achieving milestones related to motor planning coordination and posture.
- Recommending adaptive equipment or tools to aid in childrens mobility fine motor tasks or participation in daily activities.
- Collaborating with families teachers and multidisciplinary teams to create an effective therapy plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on ways to support childrens functional independence at home and school.
- Participating in schoolbased or B3 team meetings to coordinate care and review therapy goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of assessments treatments and progress.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and educational guidelines for pediatric care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
