Job Description
Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and compassion always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Thorough documentation: Document all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care meticulously ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process self-care techniques and prevention strategies fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
Qualifications :
Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
Current BLS
Attention to Detail
Time Management Skills
Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
Good Organization and Effective Communication
Home Health Experience (preferred)
