We are looking for a technicallyminded and commercialElectronics Solution Managerfor our European HVAC (heating ventilation air conditioning) business based in Poland.
In this role you will be supporting our sales organization with the technical knowledge and tools vital to communicate our solutions to customers in the best possible way. You will be responsible for driving customer acceptance enabling control sales and build a growing network of happy referenceable customers for our solutions.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team providing mentorship on our electronics solutions.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and market needs.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable electronic solutions.
Assist in developing sales strategies and messaging for electronic products highlighting key features and benefits.
Support presales activities by participating in customer meetings providing technical demonstrations and answering technical questions.
Conduct training sessions to improve the teams understanding of electronic products and solutions.
Bachelors degree in Electronics Mechatronics Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in the HVACR industry in technical positions.
Solid understanding of electronic controls HVACR components applications and control systems.
Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technical concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Proficient in Polish and English.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
Experience in creating sales enablement materials such as presentations datasheets and product guides.
Proficiency in German.
