Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Care Associate Lead is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate consistent and reliable for our patients families and the practices within a medical home. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge ability and duties assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required within the first six months from hire.
EXPERIENCE:
One year experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired. Primary Care experience preferred. Proven customer service experience required
