We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)to join a premier skilled nursing facility in Kettering OH.
This is an opportunity to lead a facility that has undergone major renovations and is located in an affluent community. Our client is looking for a leader who can drive excellence in clinical care improve financial performance and foster a positive work culture.
This is a fulltime permanent leadership position offering a competitive compensation package of $130000 $145000 with the potential for additional incentives based on performance. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- 3 years experience in healthcare administration as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Prior experience working in longterm care assisted living skilled nursing senior living memory care or equivalent
- Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies
- Excellent skills in communication management and problemsolving
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all staff including hiring training and conflict resolution
- Ensuring quality care for all patients and facilitating communication with their families
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations policies and procedures
- Comply within the operating budget
- Developing marketing strategies
