Our client a respected law firm in Wilmslow is seeking a skilled and empathetic Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse and rewarding caseload within a supportive and progressive environment.
About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor you will provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of private client matters. You will build strong relationships with clients providing a sensitive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including:
- Wills and probate
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Trusts
- Estate planning
- Inheritance tax planning
- Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keeping uptodate with changes in private client law and legislation.
- Contributing to the firms business development activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in handling a range of private client matters.
- Strong understanding of private client law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.1
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently2 and as part of a team.
