Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Tampa FL. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer engagement is solution-oriented and values providing high-quality service in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
Manage client inquiries via phone email and in-person interactions with professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting existing client accounts.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in client services customer support or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
