Job Description
Job Title: Client-Facing Estimator High-End Residential Painting
Location: Breckenridge CO (Summit County)
Type: Full-time/ Direct Hire
Hiring Bonus: Available after 90 days
Overview:
Were looking for a skilled and personable estimator to join our high-end residential painting team. This role involves site visits preparing detailed estimates and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the pre-production process. Ideal candidates will have construction or painting estimating experience strong communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs with clients and contractors
- Create accurate takeoffs and proposals for residential/commercial painting projects
- Manage estimates and follow-ups using CRM software
- Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Build client trust through clear professional communication
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant estimating experience
- Technical knowledge of coatings prep work and scope development
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. STACK PEP Cloud)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Based in or willing to relocate to Summit County
