WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AT WHOLSUM FOODS

You will work directly with the two cofounders in helping the company to achieve its strategic and operational goals by delivering key internal and external projects that are critical to the launch of this new brand

You will be responsible for driving the rigour of marketbased insights into actionable coordination between the various internal teams and stakeholders

You will have a deep understanding of the company business model the underlying profitability and levers of different business verticals



OUTCOMES: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO


Internal and external key communications

Create and keep a dashboard of project plan that the cofounders need on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Coordination between various internal teams and external stakeholders/3rd party agencies

Helping in endtoend implementation of various operational and strategic levers

Strategic alliances and strategy implementation as per plan

This is code for catch all the balls which the cofounders drop and you can possibly catch!

You have to be someone who thrives on having something new to do every few months and prioritizes ruthlessly

Culture Carrier: strengthening and deepening the core company values

Be involved in selection and recruitment of Aplayer candidates with an emphasis on cultural fit as we grow the team.

Business planning and Insights

Creating business models entailing our growth plans and the building blocks to achieve this growth

Researching industry trends competitive landscape and providing insights to drive decision making

You are someone whose teams will really miss you when you leave but they will understand your reasons for doing so

Being from a consulting/banking/strategy and planning background helps as you can hit the ground running in terms of presentations but this isnt a must

MBAs from top global schools are welcome to apply but it is important to demonstrate on the ground experience of having worked in India

You are well versed with using excel for building basic business models and want to understand financials. You dont need to be an accountant just comfortable with numbers
