Digital Marketing Specialist

Various initiatives will involve interactions with other departments as well: Customer Service Sales Product Management. This role will be based in Cluj and will report to the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager EMEA.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Organize coordinate and execute projects according to timelines track progress resolve issues and maintain stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion within budgetsupporting the enhancement of our digital ecosystem and online sales enablement (eCommerce connectors Rating & Reviews tools overall ebuying experience)
• Understand market requirements and identify the appropriate features of our digital ecosystem in order to improve the online customer journey
• Plan organize drive ownership and ensure completion of the digital project phases within the agreed timeline & resources for the assigned initiatives
• Oversee maintain and improve the processes associated to customers digital interactions using the specific tool and associated analytics
• Understand and identify the online customer journey and coordinate improvement initiatives with Software Solutions and Marcom teams to support the foundational capabilities for better online visibility or eCommerce B2B2C setup
• Coordinate with Software Solutions team usability setups that drive efficiency in ecosystem usage across all touchpoints (website eCommerce content distribution CRM Apps)
• Manage and support various marketing automation and digital systems used across the company including support for Email Marketing improvements
• Understand implement and analyze email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to drive engagement and conversion.
• Understand and create Analytics and Insights Reports using various digital data and systems (Google Analytics Search Console internal insights)
• Monitor and implement the best practices for the online identity according to brand strategy across all specific Professional Tools initiatives
• Provide overall support in various Marketing/ Digital/ eCommerce initiatives

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree with a focus on marketing business or technical.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Area
• Familiar with the eCommerce websites and a good understanding of online sales channel
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
• Advanced skills of MS Office: Excel Power Point.
