We are seeking a skilled and dedicated B Technician to join our team and contribute to our companys success. The B Technician will play a crucial role in performing maintenance repairs and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment vehicles or machinery to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
Diagnose mechanical electrical and technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Perform repairs replacements and adjustments on mechanical components such as engines transmissions brakes and steering systems.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure efficient workflow in a fastpaced environment.
Document all repairs maintenance procedures and parts used accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and techniques to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace tools and equipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training/certification in automotive technology or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a technician mechanic or similar role.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems vehicle components and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals diagrams and schematics.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
*State inspection certified is a plus!
