- Act as a trusted technical advisor during the presales process.
- Engage with enterprise prospects to qualify goals and align solutions.
- Develop and deliver personalised demos and presentations.
- Lead internal coordination for technical parts of RFIs/RFPs.
- Provide insights from the market to product teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success postsale.
You need these skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer Solutions Consultant or similar clientfacing technical role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding of SaaS architecture integrations (APIs) and modern web/app frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams to solve problems experience with CX is a plus.
- Selfstarter with strong multitasking and organisational skills.
