The opportunity:
As part of the Marketing & Communications team the Media & Communications Manageris a strategic and handson role responsible for leading and managing the development and of a wide range of communications and media activitiesfor Kinetic.
You willdrive internal communication strategies and activitiesthat support service deliverydrive culture and engagement demonstrate leadership and direction and highlight sustainability progress. You will also protect and build Kinetics brand and reputationthrough a proactive program of public relations and stakeholder engagement activities.
The role ensures strong communication channels are in place along with the coordination of timely accurate and effective communication materials.
Your main responsibilities include :
- Lead the daytoday management development and functioning of the communications team.
- Support the success of Kinetics organisational priorities across Sustainability People & Culture Health Safety Environment & Quality.
- Enhance Kinetics brand and reputation.
- Manage and support successful engagement with internal communication channels.
- Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in providing leadership across the business.
- Maintain relationships with a variety of external stakeholder types including industry community and media.
