Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our clients team based in the North West province.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Conduct inspections and identify faulty components
- Replace or repair defective parts
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Trade Test Certificate as a Fitter
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment
- Sound knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid drivers license
