Description of the role:
Gainesville Nissan is seeking a team oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Gainesville Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and executing strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Recruit train and motivate sales team members
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed
Build and maintain customer relationships
