Our People and Culture team are setting up a deadly new Aboriginal Employee Engagement team who will lead the charge in enhancing Aboriginal employment cultural safety and career and capability development across the Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).
About the Role
As the Manager youll lead the design and deliver important aboriginal employee engagement programs with the team whilst building organisation capability to drive meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal staff. Youll give expert advice build strong relationships and align with departmental goals and legal requirements.
You will create and lead initiatives for Aboriginal employment cultural safety career development and capability. You will provide expert advice on talent management and workforce strategies work with stakeholders to build partnerships and support program implementation and ensure cultural safety is integrated into organisational frameworks including WHS and diversity.
