What You Will Do:
This site supports part recovery through limit expansions repair developments and design improvements by incorporating manual automated digital and analytical processes for aftermarket commercial engines.
AIC is looking for a general project engineer to lead various responsibilities. This dynamic position involves supporting and promoting the inspection center mission vision goals and values. AIC is uniquely linked with Component Aftermarket Integrated Product Teams (CAIPTs) and engineering to develop limit expansions and repairs; furthermore Digital Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (DMRO) and AMO to develop various technologies and equipment.
- Create and manage the outsource StatementOfWork (SOW) for various tasks to include budgets deliverable completion and FTE count.
- Ensure the onsite team is working to the agreed upon priorities for all projects assigned.
- Coordinate with other P&W locations to include Oklahoma City East Hartford and Raytheon Technology Research Center (RTRC) for goal alignment.
- Generate and communicate technical presentations and reviews to key program stakeholders and customers.
- Provide technical and basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) guidance to personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience in gas turbine development manufacturing quality or aftermarket support.Or an Advanced degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience
- U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder.
Qualifications You We Prefer:
- Strong communication interpersonal time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical problem solving and trending skills.
- Familiarity with P&W Structures tools and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
