What are we looking for

The National Client Managers primary responsibility will be the development management and growth of key client relationships primarily in support of commercial real estate investment and real estate financing organizations requiring due diligence (i.e. environmental assessments property condition assessments etc. services. In this role the National Client Manager is expected to develop and implement appropriate sales strategies to expand services offerings and increase overall market share with assigned clients.This position will travel approximately 25 of the time.

The National Client Managerwill serve as the primary Relationship Manager focused on providing PSIs full suite of services to but not necessarily exclusive to commercial real estate investment firms and lenders that have regional and national perspectives and footprints. This position reports to the Director National Client Group.

What youll do:

Listed examples are illustrative and representative of the tasks required of this position and are not intended to be complete or exclusive. Duties may include the following:

  • Serve as a primary Relationship Manager focused on but not necessarily exclusive to commercial real estate investment firms and lenders that have regional to national perspectives
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with Intertek Operations Manager and Principal Consultants
  • Coordinate multisite (portfolio) Environmental Site Assessment and Property Condition Assessment projects
  • Identify and evaluate potential new clients and take a leadership role in selling Intertek services to vetted potential clients
  • Assist with development of clientspecific service and growth action plans
  • Develop client specific strategies focused on expansion of service offerings and increasing market share
  • Evaluate and respond to client feedback and help ensure client satisfaction
  • Regularly review market and market sector conditions to adjust sales and marketing focus as needed
  • Advise and assist with in the development of quality marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as required

ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5 years of consuling in commercial real estate investment and finance due diligence and/or advisory services related to Environmental and Property Condition Assessment and consulting
  • Selfmotivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to deliver high quality proposals to prospects and clients both virtually and in person.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and operations leadership
  • Proficient in project management client communication and change management

  • Be aware of and adhere to safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
  • Ability to work in fastpaced multitasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines

  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
  • Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties

  • Preferred Degree: Environmental Engineeiring Civil Engineering Construction Management Environmental Service
