Job Description

Join Pro Rehab an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a FullTime or PartTime Float Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to travel to our sites in the West region of Minnesota! We offer a competitive wage benefits mileage reimbursement $.70 / mile) & up to a $2500 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

Hours & days are flexible!
Salary Pay Range: $52000 to $72000 / year depending on experience


FullTime is eligible for a $2500 bonus. PartTime is eligible for a $1000 bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients focusing on improving daily living activities (ADLs).
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care utilizing knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and have an Associates degree.
  • Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License
  • Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to longterm care.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology anatomy and medical terminology
  • Ability to provide patient care in inpatient outpatient and skilled nursing facility settings
