We are proud of our collaborative multidisciplinary team model that ensures each student receives personalized OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. In this role you will assess students functional abilities identify individual strengths and challenges and implement therapeutic strategies that enhance student engagement and success in the school will be an integral part of a collaborative team that values consistency in programming and inclusive ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations to determine students occupational therapy goals and objectives as part of the IEP (Individualized Education Program) in IEP meetings collaborating with team members families and external direct and consultative services to students across varied classroom and document student progress using data collection and evaluation or adapt materials and equipment to support student participation and to the full job description for detailed & ExperienceRequired:oLicensure from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Division of RegistrationoCertification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)Preferred:oPrevious experience working in a school-based or pediatric settingoStrong communication organization and collaboration skillsAdditional DetailsTarget Start Date: August 26 2025Working Conditions: As per collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
