Job Description
10 years of experience in product design with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in UX/UI user research and interaction design.
Experience working in a fintech or financial product environment.
Fluent Swedish (mandatory) ability to design and localise experiences for the Swedish market.
Handson experience with Figma Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
Proven ability to hire mentor and scale design teams.
Experience collaborating with Product Engineering and Marketing teams.
