Job Description
To perform standard Service Desk Level 1 tasks such as troubleshooting common PC printer and application issues IT systems monitoring taking calls and opening tickets & monitor emailed tickets attempt first call resolution.
Required Candidates Profile:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Frontline interaction experience with US customers is a plus
- Ability to work as part of the customer support and implementation team
- Willingness to work on night shift weekend and holiday coverage
BCA/BBA/MCA/MBA(IT Specialization)/MBA having bachelors in computer science
