Job Description

  • You will be selected to sell either uPVC OR Aluminium Doors and Windows. Your past experience in Building materials sales will be preferred.
  • Developing Sales through the companys extensive Dealer Distributor Network. Servicing and Growing the same in your territory/State.
  • Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share on a sustainable basis.
  • Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities;
  • Negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits
  • Educate Dealers to sell highvalue / High Margin / New products to improve Sales Turnover.
  • In addition tapping direct Clients through Architects and Builders of assigned areas and generating business through them.
  • Achieving Monthly Quarterly and Annual Sales targets. directly and through Team efforts
  • Meetings F2F with the Target audience on a daily basis to reach untapped areas and potentials.
  • Creating healthy relations with New & Existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to clients.
  • Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
  • Learning and Resolving clients queries and making them understand each & every technical & nontechnical aspect of their project.
  • Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
  • Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
  • Focus on both Retail & Project Sales.
  • Assisting operations in the process of sale orders and payment followup.
