ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our dynamic People Services team in a fastpaced and diverse administrative role! Based at our Perth Head Office this is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration and customer service experience looking to kickstart their career in people services.Initially a 6month fixedterm contract with the possibility of extension.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY THERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WOULD BE IINVOLED IN

  • Maintaining accurate HR records through data entry and updating.
  • Preparing correspondence and documentation using standard templates.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Following up on compliance activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Administering Learning & Development requests and tracking course completions.
  • Responding to queries regarding HR forms processes and activities.
  • Managing the OC Support Services inbox ensuring timely responses.
  • Creating and maintaining work instructions and supporting service improvements.
  • Assisting with projects and events across People & Culture teams.
  • Managing the People Support Services inbox ensuring timely responses.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED YOULL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and templates for documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and respond to queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) or similar tools.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset to support projects and process improvements.
  • Experience in administrative support ideally within HR or a similar function.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
