Responsibilities:
Facilitates daily standupiteration planning sprint review and iteration retrospective.
Manage engineering developmentprojects and facilitates sprint releases.
Create or analyze business requirementsdocuments and project timelines.
Guides team in time estimatingpractices and facilitates team estimates.
Drive team iteration executioncommunicates with management and stakeholders protects the team from theuncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional).
Manage project conflictschallenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at ahigh performance.
Work with the team leads to resolvepeoples problems and project roadblocks.
Able to do postmortem and root causeanalysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximumproductivity.
Leads team effort in relentlessimprovement define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocityand quality of the program.
Implement and support principlesrules and processes.
Proactively identify and eliminateimpediments and facilitate flow.
Maintain team data in projectmanagement software (i.e. JIRA Manuscript etc. to support estimates andexecution
Presents highlevel project readoutsfor senior management.
Supports product owner(s) withintrateam dynamics with respect to priorities and scope.
Manage other special projects asassigned.
Other duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of projectmanagement experience and 2 years leading sprints.
Demonstrable expertise of agilemethodology and frameworks like Scrum Kanban etc.
Thrives in a highly collaborativefastpaced environment.
Expert coach on implementation ofagile scrum.
Deep understanding of thefundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theoryrules and practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC andAgile procedures to predict the development teams needs.
Solid experience working withArchitecture teams to assess and size story/epics.
Passionate commitment to deliveringproducts on time.
Comfortable with presenting projectreadouts to the Executive level audience.
Deep understanding of agile metrics(tasks backlog tracking burndown metrics velocity user stories etc. toanalyze and improve sprint planning.
Ability to understand and representboth business and technology.
Excellent communicator in personover the phone and through email.
Selfmotivated organized
