SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a Workday Business Technical Specialist to join the wider Technology Change & Integration Division within the Technology Group Directorate. In this role you will use your technical expertise and ERP knowledge to maintain and update the core Workday configuration. You will also work closely with their colleagues in the centre of excellence to assess and deliver technical enhancements to the systems. If you enjoy working cross functionally with customers in People Finance and Commercial teams to provide an excellent customer experience dont hesitate to apply for this role.
SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
What you bring:
- Proven track record with Workday systems including implementation upgrades and technical support
- Expert ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and customers across all organisational levels delivering exceptional customer service
- Extensive handson experience as a functional specialist configuring financial systems and processes
- Deep understanding of Finance Business Processes and their technical implementation within Workday
- Strong technical knowledge of financial processes and systems including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Procurement
- Experience thriving in an agile delivery environment with Workday specialist training in Finance and Integrations Fundamentals (desirable)
