Role: Technical Product Owner ( 2 positions)
Duration: Long Term
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid) Only USC/ GC
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders clients and technical teams to capture and translate requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders; create detailed business process flow diagrams data mapping documents and integration specifications
- Own and groom the product backlog; prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements support sprint planning and ensure successful implementation of features
- Analyze complex system integrations and data flows to identify gaps dependencies and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with QA and development to define acceptance criteria and validate the functionality of delivered features
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems including basic code-level debugging and SQL/database analysis
- Understand and interpret relational database structures write and review SQL queries and ensure data integrity across systems
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders from developers to executive leadership translating technical information into business terms and vice versa
- Contribute to the creation of internal and client-facing documentation including release notes API guides and integration support materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in product ownership business analysis or a hybrid technical-functional role
- Strong understanding of system integrations APIs and data mapping
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and leading product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
- Proven ability to elicit requirements map business processes and define user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL); able to write and interpret SQL queries
- Ability to debug or read through application code (basic knowledge of scripting or object-oriented languages is a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills - written visual and verbal - with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Figma/Visio Postman and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC best practices
