Major Duties :

• Contribute to integrated marketing strategy by analyzing and reporting on performance of digital marketing channels including website blog email / lead nurturing social media organic search podcast and paid search.

• Analyze the performance of marketing efforts at the channel tactic and segment level to optimize spend and performance.

• Operate asa technical analyst with the ability to clearly communicate insights.

• Integration of digital platforms to ensure data flow through across platforms (e.g. Marketo to Salesforce) and to Google Analytics Power BI and other reporting sources

• Design and provide data reporting requirements for visualization dashboards in PowerBI.

• Application and technology review and rationalization. Identify business needs lead business requirements development and recommend potential solutions

• Understanding the marketing principles campaign objectives and customer lifecycle or journey.to track & interpret trends and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & programs.

• Ability to analyze large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights.

• As subject area expert provides comprehensive indepth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level

• Carries out activities that are large in scope crossfunctional and technically difficult

• Role is balanced between high level operational and development and of strategic direction of business function activities

• Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management

Knowledge : Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Experience :2 years of experience managing marketing technology. Handson involvement in writing business requirements and implementing solutions. Experience with Google Analytics and Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
