Job Description

Glartek a VC-backed company founded in 2017 develops EHS Connected Worker solutions for the industrial sector. Our core mission is to help our customers increase safety ensure quality and deliver exceptional operational performance. We achieve this with EHS Connected Worker technologies integrating AI AR and IoT providing visibility and optimization tools and offering reassurance throughout the work lifecycle: before during and after work execution. Glarteks mobile-first scalable platform supports leading companies in Safety (e.g. risk management and control of work) Quality (e.g. audits and inspections) and Learning and Development (e.g. skills and training management) as well as Sustainability and real-time Communication & Collaboration. Our customer base includes large asset-intensive organizations like EDP and global manufacturers such as Lactalis Daimler and International Paper.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working in close collaboration with the sales and product teams. This intense and demanding role will give you the opportunity to lead customer acquisition and conversion optimization efforts across digital channels. As a sales oriented organization your main KPI will be your direct or indirect contribution to revenue generated from the digital channels you manage.

Youll design and run full-funnel campaigns to generate leads and optimize conversions creating innovative collateral and landing pages managing paid channels implementing activation and nurture workflows and managing third-party digital channels. You will contribute to direct and channel-based fast-paced and large international opportunities with complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders involved. Last but not least you will be empowered and accountable for a wide range of initiatives which will give you the opportunity to own your career path and shape the future of Glartek.

Tasks

  • Analyze customer insights consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation content curation pay per click campaigns social media lead generation campaigns and performance analysis.
  • Plan and execute growth experiments for acquisition activation and retention.
  • Own and optimize performance across paid channels (LinkedIn Google Ads and Bing Ads).
  • Manage and improve our lead generation and nurture workflows (email CRM marketing automation).
  • Manage review platforms and ensure updated information and high rating from customers.
  • Leverage other company activities to increase growth opportunities (e.g. campaigns related to events or product releases)
  • Continuously optimize our website landing pages and lead forms.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with partners and assist them in their growth strategies related to Glartek.
  • Track analyse and report weekly and monthly on effectiveness of marketing campaigns (e.g. CAC CPL MQL SQL and Closed-won rates).
  • Contribute to other growth strategies of the company (e.g. outbound and field marketing).

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in growth demand generation or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or industrial tech).
  • Experience with paid acquisition tools especially LinkedIn Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content-led acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like WordPress Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity Mailchimp and Pipedrive workflows (or similar).
  • Knowledge of the main product review platforms for B2B SaaS (e.g. Capterra).
  • Basic HTML/CSS or low-code landing page skills.
  • A test and learn mindset with strong prioritization skills.
  • Technology-savvy with a curiosity for new technologies.
  • Excellent writing skills to effectively communicate key messages.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Fluent in Spanish is a big plus!
