About the Role
At itison venues our main mission is to bring great experiences to all of our customers and we are looking for people who are just as passionate about doing this as we are!
As a Commis Chef you will be assisting in a section within the kitchen contributing to the goal of delivering the best food possible to our customers.
Working alongside the kitchen team you will help contribute towards a smooth running service and that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
About the Venue
Maggies Rock n Rodeo is Scotlands first countrythemed bar where were partying til 3am every night and serving up the best brisket burgers and buffalo wings this side of Nashville.
Plus live bands and sports every night across our big screens our very own Bull Pit complete with mechanical Buckin Bronco and a wild line up of live events yet to be announced.
If youre fixing for a new gig love a good ol fashioned knees up and already own your own cowboy hat were looking for a Commis Chef to come join our amazing team!

- Has a track record of delivering exceptional dishes in a timepressured environment
- Takes their role seriously and can communicate effectively with their team.
- An honest and hardworking team player who can be flexible and adaptable.
- Demonstrates a great attention to detail and ability to follow paperwork and process from stock control to reporting profit margins full training on systems and process given
