Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated TGT English Teacher to join our esteemed institution in Shimoga. This fulltime midlevel position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching English. As part of Podar Education Network the candidate will contribute to the holistic development of students and uphold the values of excellence and integrity that our network stands for.
- Qualifications and SkillsBachelor of Education (B.ed) Master of Arts (M.A) TGT certification (Mandatory skills).
- Proficient in curriculum design with the ability to develop lesson plans that are educational and engaging for students.
- Experienced in applying differentiated instruction techniques to cater to varying learning needs and abilities of students.
- Familiar with online learning platforms enhancing the learning experience through digital means and platforms.
- Competent in utilizing interactive whiteboards to create interactive and dynamic classroom environments.
- Skilled in creative writing techniques to enhance students writing abilities and literary expression.
- Able to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and interaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students parents and colleagues.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive English language curricula aligned with educational standards and school policies.
- Utilize various teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure comprehensive education for all students.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
