Your Opportunity
Mission Australia Housing provides social and affordable housing to vulnerable Australians ensuring they have access to good quality housing that enables people to participate in their communities
This role will support the asset management team by maintaining accurate records of property assets managing data systems and coordinating asset related activities.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain up to date records of property assets repairs and maintenance schedules
- Assist in preparing reports and compliance documentation
- Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry filing and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors to support effective asset management
Requirements for Success
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative role
- Strong written communication and engagement skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Sound level of computer literacy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications referee checks and WWCC.
