The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RIMUHC) is a worldrenowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal Quebec the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position summary
Project Manager Cedars Program in Whole Person Cancer Care (Parttime)
Department / Research Program: CORE / Cancer Research Program
CERES (Centre for Relationships in Serious Illness) Lab
The incumbent of the position will oversee the Whole Person Cancer Care program a critical health system initiative focused on improving cancer care utilization and addressing health inequities. Reporting directly to Dr. Justin Sanders Chief of the Division of Supportive and Palliative Care and Scientist at the RIMUHC the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the project is executed on time within budget and aligns with organizational goals. The incumbent will work closely with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and external partners to ensure the programs success. Key responsibilities include planning implementing and evaluating the programs operational performance.
General Duties
Manage and engage with the crossfunctional teams involved in the program including internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards including supporting the amendment of REB submissions managing grant applications and adhering to all necessary documentation requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical workflows patient care processes and quality standards related to the program.
Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to ensure highlevel delivery of program requirements ensuring patient satisfaction and addressing issues proactively.
Develop and maintain program documentation ensuring it remains up to date and compliant with relevant guidelines including regulatory and ethical standards.
Support the development of additional research opportunities and assist in writing proposals grant applications and conducting presentations as needed.
Participate in various programrelated activities as required ensuring the success of the Whole Person Cancer Care program and its alignment with institutional goals.

Excellent French and English spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision
Experience in program management preferably in healthcare or clinical research settings
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Status: Temporary parttime
Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience. $29.85 $55.43/hour.
