Job Description
Our Houston office is seeking a midlevel associate with 35 years of law firm experience to join our Tax group. The ideal candidate will have strong tax transactional experience and a passion for providing highquality work product and exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of tax transactional matters providing legal support and counsel to clients.
- Draft and review taxrelated documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to address complex tax issues.
- Manage client relationships ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness.

- 35 years of law firm experience with a strong background in tax transactional work.
