What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a financial planning and pricing strategy that aligns with revenue goals and supplier objectives.
- Analyze sales and financial data providing insights to drive profitable growth.
- Lead S&OP meetings supporting branch managers with key metrics and pricing strategies.
- Oversee customer pricing and vendor negotiations to optimize gross profit margins.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with supplier representatives business managers and sales teams.
- Attend industry events and supplier meetings to strengthen partnerships and stay ahead of market trends.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 57 years of experience in finance sales and/or pricing strategy with prior management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial reporting and revenue management tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate optimize pricing strategies and drive business performance.
- Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of financial planning and sales dynamics.
