Job Overview

The Head of Business Development in Real Estate at Paradigm Realty is a fulltime midlevel position based in Mumbai Suburban. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 to 22 years of work experience. The candidate will spearhead the growth strategy of the company leveraging their deep understanding of real estate business dynamics and market trends.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Project feasibility (Mandatory skill): A critical skill for assessing the viability and potential of projects to ensure successful .
  • Cash flow management proficiency to oversee financial operations ensuring the companys liquidity stability and profitable success.
  • Expert negotiation skills to effectively manage deals partnerships and stakeholder expectations for optimal outcomes.
  • Due diligence expertise for comprehensive analysis and risk assessment to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Strong forecasting ability to predict market trends allowing for proactive and informed business strategy formulation.
  • Real estate budgeting expertise to plan allocate and utilize resources efficiently for maximum returns.
  • Planning skills to organize and prioritize business initiatives ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives.
  • Business development management acumen to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities driving company growth.
